We've had a few cooler days last week and it was really great my plants seem to have enjoyed a nice break from the extreme sun too. I secretly wished that the summer will just end like that but it doesn't work that way we still have to put up with the awful summer in Tokyo for a bit longer before autumn arrives. I really can't wait till when summer finally ends.

my favorite season is autumn so i'm secretly wishing for summer to be over too.
ReplyDeletesummer's are fine as long as it's a dry-heat, none of this wet muggy stuff.
have to start hitting the beer-gardens soon though!

ReplyDeleteSummer is my least favorite time of year, especially with the excessive heat wave we've been having here in New York for more than a week now... I LOVE Autumn and am counting the days until it is here!
ReplyDeleteYou sound just like me! "When is summer gonna end?" I feel bad, too, because here in the Pacific Northwest, we've been spared the awful heat wave that has struck the rest of the U.S. Nevertheless, I am eagerly anticipating the coming autumn!

i feel the same way...i can never wait for summer to be over. i much prefer a bit of cool in the air. it's almost summer now in australia- noooo! i'm sure it will be beautiful, but it's always a little bit too long!
