SHOP
Tuesday, 30 October 2012Thank you so much for those who left kind comments about my new shop on the previous post, I am always so encouraged by your positive words!
I just launched a new website for my shop which will open this Friday (2nd November, at 12pm) in Azabudai, Tokyo! It's a very small shop that opens only on afternoons of Friday and Saturday everyweek (and Saturday by appointment).
The shop is in a lovely vintage apartment which is one of the very rare found historical buildings in Tokyo. This building was built around 1936 and it has been cherished and well kept by its residents and people who manage the apartment, while it is very common in Japan that buildings are kept knocked down and rebuilt especially those that are timber constructed. I am really happy to be able to have my own shop though very small, in this building which I had been in love with for almost 10 years!
I hope you can add this shop to the list-of-places-to-go for when you travel to Tokyo, and if you live a little too far away to visit you can still enjoy shopping online from my webshop! If you are already in Tokyo I hope you can come by on one weekend afternoon :)
You can see information in English here -->
P.S. I have used one of the lovely decals by Shanna Murray for the welcome sign on the door, I'm so happy with it I can't wait to see her new collection!
The shop looks adorable! Many wishes of good luck on it :) I really like the website too.
